KickassTorrents App

KickassTorrents App for Android is an app which allows you to browse and download torrents from the KickassTorrents site. Now you can download a multitude of different movies, music files, and software available on the KickassTorrents website directly to your Android phone or tablet. Pause, resume, and remove your torrent downloads at any time with a few simple touches.

The app comes with many helpful features and controls. "WiFi only" mode will ensure that your cellular data is not wasted on large torrent files if your phone gets disconnected from WiFi for whatever reason, while the "battery limit" automatically pauses your running torrents if your phone's battery starts to run low. You can also set download and upload speed limitations and control whether you want the app to automatically seed your files on the KickassTorrents network once they have completed downloading. You can also control whether the app icon appears in the notification bar and what notifications you receive.

Despite these features, the KickassTorrents App for Android has many shortcomings. You can only browse torrent files from the KickassTorrents website and both regular torrent and magnet torrent files will often have trouble downloading. The app lacks an elegant mobile UI and essentially looks like a web page with a back end torrent downloader.
